Cancellation Policy

• In case of cancellation "ONLY SECURITY AMOUNT" will be refunded.
• The person in whose name the room is booked and all the members accompanying him will have to show their Aadhaar card, without Aadhaar the room will not be allotted.
• In case of cancellation of Room booking rent amount will not be refunded, not the party will be given opportunity to reschedule the normal room booking. All Refund (Only Security Amount) will be processed and credited within 2 weeks.
• Original Proof of identity and OTP must be given at the time of Check-in. For any technical issue please contact at 7014792927.
• In case due to any technical error, room is not booked after the online payment, then full amount will be refunded within 2 weeks, and no further claim will be entertained.
• Online advance booking is allowed within 60 days from current date, Room category and Room number cannot be changed once booking is done.
• All rooms booking will be accepted against full advance payment only.
• Room category, Yatri name, checkin date cannot be changed once booking is done.
